Message from the President

All of us at New Vision are moving aggressively towards being the premier Microsoft® systems integrator in the Office Communications Server (OCS) voice space for the region.  This impressive technology delivers the tools required to reduce operational costs, decrease time for decision making, improve time to market, and enhance employee retention.

We recently completed a Microsoft Light-House project implementing 100 OCS voice users in Omaha, and the client’s remote office on the East Coast, converting them to a complete OCS voice solution.  This particular project included a migration from Exchange 2003 to 2007, implementation of Microsoft OCS R2, and Unified Messaging with Exchange 2007.  The client is so satisfied with the OCS rollout they will be using New Vision to deploy the remaining 1000+ users over to OCS exclusively, and will eventually disconnect the PBXs at both locations.

With our expertise in streamlining communications, we enable clients to transition to a new platform without undergoing an expensive rip-and-replace of their existing infrastructure.

OCS with Exchange combines e-mail, instant messaging, conferencing (audio video and web) as well as voice communications onto a single, unified platform.  Some additional advantages our clients are seeing in their decision to deploy Microsoft OCS are:

We currently have five additional OCS projects planned for the 2009 year, and look forward to providing the same level of service to each of these projects.  With the changes in communications needs for our existing and new customers, we feel that New Vision is in a great position to move our clients to the latest tools needed to be more competitive.
